What we ate Wednesday: 7/9

Here's a look at our menu plan from last week! Since having Jacob almost a month ago I've been trying to work steel cut oatmeal and lactation cookies and smoothies into my diet more to try and increase my milk supply. Most nights our dinners come from the freezer stock I made before he was born. This week we had a good friend bring us fresh mangoes from a tree in her yard, so I made sure to work those in as well.

Breakfasts: 
Steel cut oatmeal with shredded coconut and chocolate chips. toast. mango.
Steel cut oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon, and banana. toast. mother's milk tea.
Bacon. Scrambled eggs. Bagel with cream cheese.
Waffles. Bacon. Orange Juice
Eggs. Bacon. Waffles. mother's milk tea.
Toast. Eggs. Cereal.
Steel Cut Oatmeal with brown sugar and cinnamon. Pineapple. Toast. mother's milk tea.

Lunches:
Grilled Cheese. grapes.
Leftover Baked Ziti. apple.
Chicken Pot Pie. Greek Yogurt.
Leftover Jerk Pork. Rice.
Peanut Butter & Jelly. Chips.
Leftovers (Chilis).
Chicken Nuggets. Fruit salad. Pretzels.

Dinners:
Baked Ziti (Freezer). Garlic Bread. 
Jerk Pork with Mango-Avocado Salsa (crock pot). brown rice.

Grilled Cheese.
California Turkey Club (Chili's take-out). French Fries.
Tacos. Mexican Rice. Ice Cream Cake.
BLTs. Pasta Salad. Brownies.
Hamburger Soup (Freezer). French Bread.

Snacks:
Lactation Cookies.
Lactation Smoothies.
Fruit.
French fries & Milkshake (Wendys).
Crackers & Cheese
