What We Ate Wednesday: 7/16

Here's a look at our menu plan from last week! Since having Jacob a little more than a month ago I've been trying to work steel cut oatmeal and lactation cookies and smoothies into my diet more to try and increase my milk supply. Most nights our dinners come from the freezer stock I made before he was born. 

Breakfasts: 
Bacon. Eggs. Strawberries. Mother's milk tea.
Toast with jam. Watermelon.
Steel cut oatmeal with baked apples. Peanut butter toast. 
Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit.
Pancakes. Sausage. Iced Coffee.
Cereal. Toast. Watermelon.
Toast with peanut butter. Greek yogurt. Mother's milk tea.


Lunches:
Chicken Nuggets. Pineapple. Macaroni Salad.
Bourbon Chicken. Orange Chicken. Fried Rice. (Outlet Mall Food Court)
Hot Dog. Macaroni Salad. Pineapple
Leftover Taco. Chips. Guacamole.
Pretzel Dog bites. (Mall)
Grilled Cheese. Pretzels. Apple with Peanut Butter.
Chicken wrap. French Fries.


Dinners:
Brats (Grill). Macaroni Salad. Watermelon. Strawberry Shortcake.
Steak (Grill). Baked Potato. Peas.
Taco Salad (Meat from Freezer). Strawberry Shortcake.
Dinner out. (Mexican)
Spaghetti Sauce (Freezer). Noodles. Garlic Bread.
BBQ Chicken & Veggies (Freezer/Crockpot). Rice
Hot dogs (Grill). Macaroni. Watermelon. 

Snacks:
Apples & Peanut Butter.
Crackers & Cheese.
Frozen Lemonade.
Granola Bars. 
Funnel Cake.
Lactation cookies.
