Tuesdays with Jacob: 29 weeks old

January 6, 2015

We visited grandma twice at her work while we were in Michigan. There are so many people to see at the hospital and you loved them all.

You tried apples and pears for the first time in Michigan too. You weren't too sure at first but were eating them all up by the end of the week.

You celebrated your first New Years Eve in Michigan!

On New Years we stayed at home and watched the New Years Eve concert. You liked all the music and singers on tv but couldn't quite figure out why no one would share their pie with you.

You made it till 11 pm before falling asleep, a good effort for your first New Years eve!

Grandma had lots of fun toys for you to play with!! The laughing ball was your favorite!

You've become such a big boy lately. You are sitting up on your own so much better, grabbing for objects more, blowing raspberries, and batting away the spoon when you are done eating. You've even gotten up on your knees from your stomach a few times - maybe you will start crawling soon!

On our way back home to Florida you had to sit on my lap. You were a little fussy until you fell asleep. You woke up just as we were landing and boy were mommy's arms tired!

We will sure miss Grandma and Papa

Daddy set up your play mat at home with all your new toys!

You slept through the night in your own crib for one night this week before getting sick and we were so proud of you!!

Here's to 2015!!
